Every component of this amazing new helicopter has been the subject of the most up-to-date computer aided design, with the core emphasis on providing maximum performance, minimising weight and increasing strength and stiffness wherever possible. The KDS 450 QS features a radical all-new single drive belt system which is hugely efficient, minimises friction, reduces mechanical noise and virtually eliminates main gear wear! Less of the power provided by the high performance brushless motor gets “lost” in the mechanics, which provides you, the pilot, with more performance, improved flight duration and even more fun!
Closer inspection shows the incredible attention to detail that has gone into the KDS 450QS. The tough moulded side frames have designed-in rigidity, with servo mountings optimised to ensure that all pilot control inputs translate into precise servo outputs without flexing normally associated from a composite airframe. Even the rudder servo has been moved inboard of the frames to provide the most direct and accurate tail rotor control possible.
The all-new KDS 450QS is available in Ready to Fly, or Plug and Play formats. As is often the case with superbly designed products, the stunning new KDS 450 QS just looks “right”. With good reason, it is!

Yesterday I was on this field also, and I had probably a lockout caused by a FPV flyer (no offence rclampie haha) I safed her in a split second and got her back on the ground. It must have been a lockout because today she flew absolutely fine…
Maybe I should install a satellite on my 6200 rx for extra safety.. i have the satellite, but one of the 4 wires is broken… so I have to buy a new one or solder it.
Dritter Flug immer noch Probleme mit FBL-Settings.
Auf der Suche nach einem neuen Projekt, fand ich 2014 bei Jim Ryan einen Baubericht, über die Lockheed Ah-56 Cheyenne und entschied mich auch ein so faszinierendes Modell zu bauen.
Er lieferte mir 2014 einen Rumpf,Sponsons und Klarsichthaube und der Traum konnte nach jetzt über vier Jahren Arbeit endlich wahr werden,wobei die To-do-Liste gigantisch ist.
So bleibt für die nächsten Jahre noch Verbesserungspotenzial,zB.:Scale Fahrwerksklappen,diverse Scaleteile,viel viel mehr Pusherschub,Gewichtseinsparung,Finish verbessern, und und …………….
