mCP X Backyard Flying micro RC Heli

mCP X Backyard Flying micro RC Heli

Just a little gentle fun in a narrow backyard, sorry no 3D, with this brushless Blade mCP X RC helicopter. This was one of my girlfriend’s very nice first attempts at learning to use the little Canon PowerShot A620 camera.

Wind speed was 2-5 mph, gusts to 8 mph.

Motor is a C05M w/ Steve converter and XP-7A ESC, tail 120SR, 3 bearing Microheli frame and swashplate, dual stock batteries, and Henseleit TDR like paper canopy (find it here at Helifreak http://bit.ly/st4Zya ).

YOUR FIRST RC HELICOPTER? Eachine E119 heli for Beginners: ESSENTIAL RC FLIGHT TEST
AVAILABLE HERE: http://bit.ly/EachineE119Heli
Jason, our resident heli expert, flies the simple fixed pitch E119 from Eachine. It’s not vaguely aerobatic but it’s not meant to be. It’s super stable and that is what is important for first time pilots of RC helicopters.

Filmed by Dom Mitchell for the ‘Essential RC’ YouTube channel using the Panasonic AG-UX180 Pro 4K camcorder. Jason flies the RC heli.

Micro RC Heli "Stunts"

Me flying my lightly modified Blade CX, and doing some risky maneuvers to the Airwolf theme!

Mods:
I removed the rear body section and made my own stabilizer/tail with cardboard and a piece of carbon fiber tube. I also cut openings in the front cowl to help cool the motors. Flies much better now with far better control with no mid-flight trimming needed!

Bravo SX 320 [Micro RC Heli]

A really beautiful micro helicopter. A short video i made with the Bravo SX to demonstrate the difficulty of hovering a helicopter close to the ground due to the turbulent wind generated by the blades. Once you muster your hovering skills, flying a heli is a breeze 🙂

RTF Novus RC 125 FP Micro Heli, Maiden I'm Off On Throttle, But Hovers SOLID

Tube Driven Tail Rotor Improves Things, slightly larger than MSR, Solid Handling, just me rusty on the sticks. Yes it will fly in close quarters, but give it room on maidens. Came waaay too close landing near basket, careful. RTF Transmitter softens the controls for indoors less overcontrol, but takes longer to get out of trouble as well, go easy.

ESKY 150X is by far the smallest, highly scaled, flybarless and highly realistic Replica of a Real Bell 222, Airwolf Helicopter. Not only the looks but also it has the most stable flight performance I have even seen in any Flybarless fixed pitch Micro RC helicopter. ESKY 150X is amazingly stable and easy to fly, thanks to CC3D perfectly tweaked inside the helicopter. Not only the flight stability but also its durability is what makes it a very beginner friendly RC Helicopter. No matter you are an advanced or a beginner RC Helicopter pilot, you will simply love ESKY 150X bell 222 Airwolf Helicopter. Beginners can enjoy learning to fly with this amazing stable helicopter, and Advanced pilot can go for challenge and fun flights with this micro RC Airwolf. Not to mention, if you are an Airwolf Movie fan, you are going to love it and it’s a must have for you to own one. See the Helicopter in Action Outdoors
