RC Helicopter Tail Pitch Link Assembly Modification
It is sometimes difficult to assemble tail pitch links that end up smooth. There are many factors that lead to tight pitch links. Maybe the screw is screwed in too tightly. Maybe excess Loctite on the screw wicks onto the pitch link. Maybe the bushing/spacer of the pitch link is not long enough. Whatever the reason, using this method I am presenting using a locknut and no Loctite gave me a very smooth sliding tail mechanism.
