First off, so you don’t really need to read this whole review. Would I recommend this helicopter to a friend? Definitely 100% yes!
Like most things however there are good things about this product and bad things. The bad things are it cannot very easily fly in any real amount of wind. The steering just isn’t strong enough to fight it. Second. The battery life doesn’t seem to be extremely long. (It is still quite satisfactory.)
Now. I am not an RC helicopter enthusiast. This is the second one I’ve ever owned. The sky rover is about half the price of the other I had and more than twice as good!
It is very well balanced right out of the box. (Idk if that’s normal but I remember my other one being very touchy) It is very easily controlled. And can be flown indoors without too much practice. Which is good because of the wind outside.
The reason I am writing this review is because of the best thing about this ‘copter. I took it outside and decided to see how high I could fly it. Well, I flew it above the trees around my house where it got caught up in the stronger air currents. It was pushed above the trees and since I didn’t want to set it down and lose it in said tree I kept it flying. Let me tell you this, the signal is amazing in this vehicle. I had it about 50 to 60 feet in the air 40 to 50 feet from me and I didn’t ever lose control.
Soon though I decided to cut my loses and let it fall in a clear area in my neighbors yard. I saw it plummet down but I didn’t see exactly where it landed. I went over and looked but couldn’t find it. So I gave it up for lost.The next day (it rained overnight) my neighbors further down the road came and said they had found it in their yard. I took it immediately to the charger and plugged it in. After a short while I tried it out. It worked Perfectly!!! You couldnt even tell it fell from 60 feet and was left on all night!
What I’m saying is this is made with INCREDIBLE quality. I entirely recoomned it!

Well balanced RC helicopter, my son got it for his birthday and was awesome for flying on the remote. The voice command feature was horrible though. It recognized only “Take off” and then everything else wouldn’t register. I had to try it myself to see if there was ways I could get it to register what I said thinking my son wasn’t saying it clearly enough. I didn’t get any better results. Loved it as a remote controlled helicopter but the voice control seems more like cheap marketing…
