Epic fail | RC Helicopter (Quadcopter) flies away – GPS Rescues the day!
A normal day out flying turned out to be an epic fail, thanks to DJI Naza and GPS AND a low voltage alarm the RC drone flew itself back home automatically after all hope was lost!
If it wasn’t for a £2.99 Low voltage alarm we never would have heard the quadcopter return and would have left after giving up hope of seeing it again!

WOW! Glad you got it back! I lost my Syma X8G last weekend and found it over a mile away behind my house in a dense wooded area. No GPS had to rely on my instinct of its last location before I killed the throttle and let it come down. Ended up finding it by bringing up the throttle every few minutes to see if I could hear it. Luckily it wasn't in a tree. I did end up loosing my HD Cam though but atleast I found the quadcopter haha.?

Lesson learned: Always calibrate compass and check that home is locked in before takeoff! ;-)?

thinking you are some expert in these matters leads
to over confidence and bad judgements, try not to
push your luck, would you like one falling on your
head. But i have to say this video is EPIC?
