hovering r/c heli

2nd day, third battery. understanding to fly a heli, never flown 1 before, no simulator. heli is Pastime Men and women Mystery. think i ought to have started out on one thing fixed pitch, but hey, why not. Flight is really unstable as i have by no means set up a heli, for that reason i am uncertain as what to adjust to get it far more steady. also the blades are not in the very best of issue, a handful of modest chips, but i am doing work with what i have. id recognize any suggestions on setting it up, aiding with the stability, or any ideas in common. In a warehouse so i know there is no wind, so all the motion is surely consumer error, as explained before, no clue on appropriate set-up. This video is supposed to get me aid to much better my skill. if you dont have something constructive to say, please dont comment

@HappySCVResident there you go, uploaded a really bad quality video of me doing what i can, wouldnt really call it 3d, just fun lol, and the wind was crazy today.

@HappySCVResident I would have some videos up by now, but it’s a lot easier to film something in relatively one spot, I need a camera person haha

@barcode625 I hear you. I’ve got 3 crashes now on the Mystery so I’m holding off on using the 450 for 3D flying. Once it becomes 2nd nature to me I’ll bust out the 450 and give it a go. The mystery with its upgrades is okay for now…the 450 Sport is so much more stable and powerful but I’m not willing to make it a lawn dart quite yet. I’d like to see some of your 3D flying when you can put it up here.

@HappySCVResident i realized the value of a good heading hold gyro, and the simulator, im doing rolls loops and small tic-tocs now, i want to progress but im flying my trex 450 pro and its scary, i dont want to crash that thing haha. i made the mistake of doing all the fun stuff before mastering all orientations tho, so nose in is still iff, the others, aside from inverted, are pretty well locked. just having a good time with it. the 450 pro is day and night difference from the mystery!!
