I have a question. I got the same helicopter. and i crashed it the first day. But it is all fine and nothing is broken. But i was wondering. When you turn that black crank thing in the motor that spins the tail rotor. Are the blades on top of your helicopter ment to spin?

  • PonyHaven:

    Great videos dude.
As a beginner in this hobby area, this is all new to me.

I flew my Dynam Erazor 450 yesterday. On landing, the tail rotor touched the ground, broke off and sent a piece thru the main rotor, delaminating it.
It was spectacular, and noisy, but the chopper survived without a scratch.

Would you recommend extending the tailfin to avoid tail rotor ground strikes?
I am thinking of doing this as part of the training gear setup.

    tail belt broke on 5th flight… 🙁

  • MeloTopy:

    @earthling1984
Revo mix must be disabled when using Heading hold

Changing the Servo or invreasing the RPM could help

  • earthling1984:

im having problems with my e-razor 250 tail. The tail is head locked very well during hovering, but when I punch the throttle, it drifts out of center. This would cause huge problems when trying to do 3D. The tail servo seems very slow, perhaps that is the problem? Or maybe the Revo settings need adjustment? Any imput on how to fix this?

  • MrJewripper:

is it cheaper to build a 250 or 450 ? or is it cheaper to buy assesmbled?
    please answer

  • earthling1984:

I can’t believe I ordered something from xheli… but… This 250 size CP helicopter looks cool. I’ve read some forums and heard the servos aren’t that good(so I will replace) and of course I got the receiver ready version so I can put in my own Spektrum RX. Hopefully it flies well…Sadly I don’t really epxect it to…I’ll have unboxing and flight vids once I get it.

  • ecoovert:

Fantastic video? I am a new electric 450 heli pilot and when I take off my heli spins as much as 60 to 90 rpm when my stick is in the neutral position. When I adjust the trim only one click it’s as if I moved the stick all the way in that direction. How can I reduce the sensitivity of the trim? My rudder is channel 6 and I tried adjusting the sub trims to no avail. How can I reduce the range of correction my trim has only for the rudder as my main blade trim and throttle trim… work fine?

  • TheBigOne1414:

  • jcer93705:

So the either the fm or 2.4 it comes with carbon fiber blades?

  • 97Dannyt:

i am ordering one later tonight hopefully and i was wondering which switches i have to swith to make it reverse thrust or whether the throttle stick starts halfway up then if you bring it down below halfway it makes the helicopter fly downwards plz reply!!!

this guy look’s like thin jet li 😛

  • Charkzilla20:

Get a Dx6i (and receiver) if you get this heli (receiver ready version from Xheli) if you got the money. You’ll be glad that you did! The ERazor does look a little better design than the G2. Plus the erazor has C-Fiber blades and aluminum rotor head and tail.

  • BluesGuitares:

@xhelicopter From a memeber of their staff!

  • BluesGuitares:

One more thing. It’s not bashing if it’s true. My big problem with these companies is that they advertise a much higher quality rtf than is delivered. Possibly it would be better to NOT offer rtf’s in this price range. They’re just too dangerous. Untill that happens, I will let newbies know what to expect from these choppers and these companies.

  • BluesGuitares:

Nothing in a rtf in this price range from these types of companies is worth buying. Cough up the extra cash and go with Align, Thunder Tiger, Horizon…………………

  • jefferyjay01:

    @BluesGuitares
Thanks for the reply, but that really does not remotely answer my question. Maybe you could provide a useful alternative to one of the heli’s I suggested and possibly a vendor instead of just bashing xheli.

  • xhelicopter:

@unsc2295 If by noise you mean a certain “whine” then yes. Some chargers will experience a while when charging. If you feel that its at a unbearable level please give our tech support a call

  • unsc2295:

hey i just got one of these but the batter charger make a lot of noise, like nails on a chalkboard and constant high pitched beeps, please tell me this isn’t normal!
