Banana is the worst place in history to deal with! Avoid at all cost, they will lie cheat and steal from you. They will never answer the phone and if you get through the chat they will hang up on you. They suck! Stole my money!

I’m sorry about the hang up. We have been working on new phone systems and have had a few problems. Please try and call us again. The phones should be working correctly.
It has showed up and is a KILLER little heli! Great deal too and setup right out of the box! Only down side is customer support and service. Nothing like being hung up on twice afte 1 hour of holding.
Please message me your order number and I can check for you. I am more than sure it has shipped. We have had many issues with UPS not updating the tracking information.
