Great video…what helicopter do u use (Eco 8)? And how did you connect the headdisplay to the fly cam?
Anyone know how the song from the video is called? Sounds like a mix of ‘Kraftwerk’ and ‘Earth, Wind and Fire’?
its Porn music and RC choppers…together at last π (Great footage though! π Can you give stats on the chopper? Camera mount? Camera? Looks like a Trex 600? Lots of vibration
One question,
i was thinking of getting a camera for my heli (esky honey bee) and was wanting to have wireless feed projected onto my computer monitor. how much would this cost?
I corrected you already and will not continue to converse about this on youtube comments about something you will apparently find hard to understand. No disrespect meant, but not many people are able to comprehend what is meant by the Earths curvature and will not try to explain it for you.
@neil78b Sorry I already graduated but if you want to keep assuming that I know nothing then tell it to my AP credits and my general knowledge.
If you think I’ve had some error, do tell. What I read makes perfect sense. Yes I did think prematurely upon viewing this video, but you CAN always see the curvature whether or not it is significant or obvious. The Earth IS round after all.
@neil78b lol Perhaps it is the lens, but you certainly don’t have to be 20 miles high. One stop to Google told me that. In fact, it’s rather subjective. The Earth is always curved, just the degree of curvature may be so low as to be flat.
great vid i have got to try that but with a better lenses π
what gear would you recommend to someone who wants to start doing this?
nice
Awesome π Good job geekdisk π
i wouldnt feel confident sending a heli far away u might lose radio signal? or u might lose fuel which is scary
that would suck if the helicopter died no w

good video, nice quality cam.
is the reson you didnt fly down & through was cuz your signle would have been above the helicopter and posable fallen to its doom?
pretty sweet!
sick that would hav stunk if the heli fell in the canyon lol
this reconciles one of the major drawbacks this hobby always had for me. being able to see “what you fly”. ItΒ΄s great. may get into it myself now.
Excellent work

@Clymaxx
Please don’t drop out of school, in the long run it may help you understand stuff like this since you are so lost now. π
dude go all the way

I’ve seen the curvature from 40 stories up.
