RC Heli Crash
Tail rotor failure during a 540 stall turn. Video was taken in the Dallas area in 1994. 4-cycle TSK 5-Star with an O.S. .48 4-stroke engine. Great flying heli right up until impact. 0 in repairs later and we were up and running.

What did the NTSB conclude?
I wonder if throttle hold right when he lost the T/R would have stabilized it?
