This heli is awesome. but i think it would be better on this size a non battery helicopter. 😉 .

This one is a Thunder Power eXtreme V2 (last version made after the Prolite. A 25C Continous/50 c burst) specialy made for this heli: A long version of the 10s li-Polymer 5000mah.
Yes this a battery is considered as a 37 volts but 42 volts when full charged (4.2 Vol/cell).
2 x 5s4p 8000mah in serial is a great idea. But when you increase the weight, you decrease the fly time. Just money and test for knowing 😉

What company is your battery from? I would reccomend you connect two of those batteries in parallel to get 10000 mAh. The heli can handle 2kg. Even better: have you tried the TP prolite batteries? You can get 37 volts with two prolite 5S4P 8000 mAh batteries connected in series. In total, only 1.5kg! Again, what company is your battery from?

  • G2Loq1:

    Around 8/9 minutes with a 10s battery (42 volts) and 5000 mah. A 1kg li-po battery 😉
