Big RC Model Helicopter Flying

The large T-Rex is around 5 feet overall and reaches speeds approaching 100mph. This is serious flying and it takes practice and a delicate touch to perform seamlessly.

@thomwic99 next time you give it two strokes stop and it will be smoking

  • thomwic99:

Don’t take my previouscomment as criticism! I WHOLLY agree with your comment- as with everything in life it’s all a matter of personal perception. I also still stick with my other comment – the standard of modelling (that word seems also an insult – engineering far more accurate) and flying is awesome, scale speed or not! Regards-RAB

Always puzzled, as a non-modeller but often awestruck watcher, why more flights are not made at nearer to scale speeds. This pilot is obviously super-skilled bu the a/c seems more like a demented wasp on crack. Same applies to fixed wing – combination of superb modelling and scale speed on YT vids is far more entertaining- one example is that of the huge Superfort.Beautiful.
