if i try doing reverse circuits, my ‘automatic’ forward flight inputs become reversed. happens every time and then i have to replace those incorrect inputs by flying normally a while. then the backwards inputs are reversed, and so on.
is it really possible to ever do ‘auto switch over’ from forward to reverse inputs, like it is with upside down/right side up flight. i would say no, but hopefully im wrong as its a cool thing to see
Aside from the huge thanks for the info, insight and instruction so far. More please, I was really getting into these vids and the cat actually makes the size perspective of the helo easier to understand, dunno whether you’re 5’6″ or 9’2″ – wildlife on field is more attention grabbing than sweaty Fred next to me when I fly, if that makes sense. Long live the cat!
Flying backwards is natural to Realflight after about 20 secs when on W7, no matter what inputs you use or how extreme the trims are!! Incidentally, when does the cat get a 20 part series of its own and what happened to the bear? (he he he).

nice video!
Great video.I’m flying in mode 1 but doesn’t make any differance.Learned a lot from your video.
That would be Zoe, resident bug chaser and master mouse hunter.
lol got distracted by the cat
Thanks Dave. I’m glad you like the website also.
Yes, thanks for adding this comment about the similarity to inverted circuits.
Did I mention practicing on the sim? That is always a good idea.
flying backwards and turning is the same as inverted circuits. sticks apart and sticks together.
