Shitty engine or inexperienced flier? First off you are obviously new and you buy a? large sized nitro? You could barely hover that thing. Also those heli’s are designed to auto rotate when there’s a failure. If you were experienced you could have safely landed even though the engine cut off. No matter what you would have crashed because you obviously have no experience. Collective pitch heli’s cannot be learned to fly in a short period of time.

I would recomment? an electric heli for a start. T-Rex 450 or so.

Use a trainer gear for your first flights.

In the first 20-30 flights, you have to practice hovering. Start with tail-in and then move on to nose-in later. Fast-forward flight is for later, when you can hover in your sleep…

Don’t give up! Rc-helis are really fun and they’ll give a lot of fun over the years!
