Shuttle MK1. Watch out for tail boom strikes if you lower the pitch to
quickly. Still got my one in my work shop.
Something tells me they didn’t have dx6i back then 😉
I bought an old Hirobo with a OS62 installed in it. It’s brand new still.
Never any gas in it and no servos ever installed. I would love to find
someone who can use it. Needs a blade grip on the main and tail is all.
Good effort NF, I wish I had half your heli mod/build/fix skills.

Dave Wow that is a blast from the past….. I bought one of those In 86or87
along with an old FM futaba radio and gyro was out of the question as I was
out of money LOLOL never did actually fly it but it was alot of fun to
tinker with…. If I remember right I had an OS30 on it…… and trying to
hover without a gyro wow…. Thanks again for a blast from the past….. I
picked up helicopters again a couple of years ago and the technology
difference is night and day….
Dave – enjoying your videos! I started on a TSK mystar 30 about a million
years ago, and this shuttle and the fight of getting it running brings back
lots of memories. You’ve got a great voice for this, too!
Still got my old shuttle sitting in the garage. What a way to learn to fly
a heli. No gyro, and and a 4 ch plane radio. I suppose I got good at
hovering because of it though. ahaha. I noticed the end of the video was
reversed. You didn’t bounce your shuttle did you?

I learnt to fly with the very same model, JR 4 channel am radio & a gyro
with the larger tank….& I still have the old girl stored in the garage,
complete with a scale shell. She’s too precious to fly now as I fear I
cannot obtain many spares.
