Learn How To Fly RC Helicopter (NOSE IN ORIENTATION)

This video clip concentrates on continued practice of the rudder and cyclic controls BUT now the helicopter is backwards…..typically referred to as the “nose in” orientation. Only 1 a lot more lesson to go and then you get to do your initial HOVER! This is part of a video clip sequence teaching you how to eventually fly full operate 6 channel RC helicopters. The plan is to start you out on a coaxial helicopter, educate you the basics which are broken up into simple to find out and practice steps. The moment these abilities are mastered you are prepared to move on to a 6 channel helicopter.

    Hey Mick, great video. I’ve been learning to fly a Trex 450 SE V2. I’ve got the hover (tail in) and side in hover down pretty well. I will start learning nose in orientations using your video. Thanks

    So you really only need one more channel for a total of 5, not 6. There is one extra channel not used. The break down might look something like this;

    CH 1 Throttle
    CH 2 Rudder servo
    CH 3 Swash plate servo #1 or “Aileron”
    CH4 Swash plate servo #2 or “Elevator”
    CH5 Swash plate servo #3 or “other Aileron”

    I hope that helped. If you want more explanation send me another message.
    =)
