OK this thing looks cool! and its ready to fly with EVERYTHING needed (but spare parts)..it is NOT for beginners nor is it easy to fly indoors…one of the reasons is the tail rotor is powered by a small motor vs direct shaft…what happens is this motor starts/stops at a certain power setting and you lose all control basically at lower power settings (which controls altitude)…maybe it was a problem w mine in particular? not sure but i sent it in to manufacturer for a warranty claim and they sent me a brand new one…PHILS HOBBY SHOP would not back it and told me to send it there so beware of this…you can buy spare parts for just about every item on this thing and i would recommend doing so if you are just getting started because something is going to break on it if you crash it too many times.

If I could go back a month, I never would have purchased this. It is very difficult to fly, so I practice hovering. I cannot get more than two minutes of flying time out of a battery. I have purchased a couple more batteries and not one will get more than two minutes. Now, it will not let go of the battery. Something with the battery slot on the heli.
I have 4 and 6 channel heli’s and wanted a small one to mess around with in the house over the winter. This purchase was a mistake.

It WAS fun to fly when it worked for 4 flights. No crashes, then it just quit on me. The controls were not as responsive as I would have liked them to be. The main rotor engine died within 4 flights. I called Heli-Max and they provided replacement parts. It still isn’t working though. I would much rather prefer the Nine Eagles Bravo SX over this Heli.
