the hawk knows that your heli is niether compitition or prey, I’d be more worried about the Black Birds, than the hawk.
There are MANY vids on YouTube of Red Winged Black Birds taking down R.C. craft but I can’t find a single one of a hawk crashing one.
Your lucky that the black birds didn’t take their eyes off the hawk!
Type in ‘Bird attacks RC Predator RQ-1L” and you’ll see what I mean.
Black birds don’t have great eyesight and ur right, they’ll chase ANYTHING bigger thatn them away

@alexztyphoon : Practice on SIM until you can do it no problem. Then goto field and just go for it. You’ll be surprised how easy the loop is. But getting the control feel down first on a SIM will save your chopper big time.
i can already do fast forward flight on my second battery wit the b400 after having the cx2 since xmas, not sure if i can do a loop though, any tips how to do it?
brilliant flying mate, id love to try a loop but i keep having this voice in ma head that says mine wont pull out of it and will end up 5ft under if you get me
