Thanks for the videos…they are very helpful!

  • MikeysRC:

@helicub81 Yes…but also remember that your swash AFR settings and servo sub trim also comes into play too when trying to find the center.

  • helicub81:

Hey, when you first turn on the servos to find their center point, do you set the transmitter’s throttle to the lowest setting, (blade pitch 0) on normal mode?

  • MikeysRC:

Never done it myself….I hear it’s possible but a big pain to set it up to do that.

  • artemoonlv:

Its possible to train with this transmitter on simulators like Aerofly?

  • MikeysRC:

In one of my later videos in this series I think I show you how to set it up. But you have to first mix channel 5 with VRB.

  • TDFwaterrockets:

how does that work? my config program only says “NULL” and “Pitch Adjust”.
    thanks

  • MikeysRC:

Yes. You use the VRB knob.

  • TDFwaterrockets:

is it possible to change the gyro gain from the transmitter?

  • MikeysRC:

@1May1984 No but all you do is put the transmitter in a different “stick” mode. Otherwise the set up ois the same. However you will also need to open up the transmitter and swap the spring to the other side.

  • 1May1984:

do you have any guides on how to do so ?

  • MikeysRC:

    @1May1984…..Yes

  • 1May1984:

So if you want a Mode 1 Transmitter, do you set up the Tx/Rx differently than you have here ?

  • Note2self2:

    Your awsome

Hey, that’s exactly where I am right now too. I’m making a video on how to balance blades, level swash and track the blades.

  • edi514:

@Captan6pack just incase you don’t know wich i am sure you do but once you push the movement stick forward won’t go forward as easy as the blade sr would this heil has no flibar so when you push the stick forward it will start to go up sidedown so you got to pull back before you hit the ground also to fly up sidedown you half to push the stick below the half way mark sorry for bad spelling still learning english

  • Captan6pack:

@1122334455aazzaazz its only fragile cuz you strip the torque tube gears….no biggie, work on auto landings of soft landings. Pro is just out right bad ass. I just built one, and I think im gonna like this whole trex thing. Im coming from a blade sr…..gonna be so sick

  • 1122334455aazzaazz:

@Captan6pack my hobby shop says that the pro also as a little more power but is more fragile were the sport has less but is more durable

  • Captan6pack:

@1122334455aazzaazz The sport has two piece frame and the pro has a one peice. Pro has a torque tube sriven tail, the sport has belt driven tail. Pro is nicer…apparently is a little quicker. go with the pro…..you wont regret it

  • 1122334455aazzaazz:

whats the differences of a trex pro and sport

  • helicopter34587:

    why you speed it up?

  • jkachur777:

    Awesome

  • E30m3EvoVIIIMR:

@blackhawk438 I know trying to find a cheap one spent too much money on the chopper and radio lol and it so nice i just wana fly it and couldn’t wait. I go down to the hobby shop and use theirs sometimes but deff needs hours of time on it…. thanx:)

  • blackhawk438:

    @E30m3EvoVIIIMR SIMULATOR

  • itsdonny:

    Yeah, but can it hover?

  • E30m3EvoVIIIMR:

@Lozzie74 Dont feel bad iv had my 450 for couple weeks now and can barley get off the ground not to mention 3 crashes already highest i got was maybe a foot hehe i just wish i could fly normally

  • XxstryaexX1:
