Since this video has the most views, perhaps I can help in a small way the most people who will buy this quad. A big discovery I made right away was that the USB charger for the unit does not like wall chargers. I plugged it into a 2 amp wall charger and was waiting for the red led to light up showing it was fully charged, and waited (and waited), and then I noticed the charger was HOT and the plastic case was distorted! I have chargers for a Syma X1 and had no problem with the USB chargers using an AC (wall) USB charger unit. It was a 2 amp, so I tried a 1 amp I had, and it too made the USB charger for the H12C get HOT. I then moved the charger to a USB hub attached to my laptop and had no heat issues and the charger performed properly (dark LED when charging and lighted red LED when fully charged). The charger is still functioning but holy crap it was not a good feeling when that charger was trying to melt down. Weird. Chinese stuff is tricky. Otherwise I am enjoying this quad. It is tough to handle in the wind (most are) and the battery lasts about 5-7 minutes but it looks so cool especially at dusk with it's LED underbelly lights, who can resist? The RTF function is really quirky. Mostly it is a 'headless' function that works well when it want to but sometimes when you press the button the quad just goes hauling off in a completely random direction. Beware! The camera is another issue. It works but I am still figuring it out. It seems like it has a limit of 5 minutes for each video (I have an 8GB Sandisk card) but further investigation is needed. Press the video function key a second time to stop the video and let it complete, otherwise you may get corrupted files. Have fun! (Hey…another thing I discovered is that the camera lens is adjustable, up and down a little bit. Take a close look.)?
