www.xheli.com Do you like the acceptable appearing Expert Helicopters, but you think you are not at the ready for it yet? Try the fresh helicopter from Walkera demoing the CB180D. You get Co-Axial Helicopters feels-like handling, very easygoing to vibrate. The CB180D looks just like an Expert Helicopter, very little size that no longer than your computer keyboard, utilizing Fixed Pitch Blades, Hiller stabilizer bar (average design for RC helicopters), a High Power Main Motor + Tail Motor combination, Shaft Driven Tail Rotor, making the CB180D very easy to hover and winging around. Basically it is a passed on design from the Walkera 4#3B, we proven this model and the feeling is pretty much like the 4#3B, so we would state if you are ok to play with the 4#3B, you are ok to play with this aesthetic scale fuselage Helicopter.

hey but do u no how to fix a ateena like u see the way top of your helcopter mine broke off do u no how to make it blance

  • esstein:

Yes, but it will be permanent. When we use tape, you can readjust later! Thanks

  • mraperish:

insted of tape which could come off. couldnt u do some sanding on the flat side of the heavy blade to take some weight off?

@esstein thanks dude but i dont have a lama, i actully have some 50 % toy 50 % pro rc helicoper i dont know what its called. so i tried triming it. nothing, i trying makeing it turn right always . nothing so i asked my friend to hold, i started it up and held right plus right trim for 5 seconds then i asked my friend to let it go but it stull turns left. Im not a pro at these things but my guess is the the back tail is broken and doesnt respond, is there a way to fix that? thanks anyway!

  • esstein:

If your lama is turning left, you could trimmer it on your radio. But if it is not sufficient to make a good flight (totally left or right), you can adjust it on 4in1 potentiometer, it will add more power to an specific motor.

Lama is not a 100% response helicopter, it’s limited to beginners can enjoy this heli. Only one advanced gyro will tail lock, but small tails adjusts will improve your flight skills to your next rc helicopter.

    Thanks

  • LetsTurnAndBurn:

Great video! Clear, simple and helpful. Top tune too!! Thanks

  • Sierra2549:

Would putting the tape on the top of the blades matter? I’m definitely gonna give this a try when I get home. I’ve got some slight tail vibration on my Esky Dauphin that I can never seems to get out. This looks like a great cheap alternative to having to shell out 19.95 for a blade balancer. Thanx!!!

Could a helicopter like this take up one of the mini cameras? Or does it need to be bigger or a nitro?

  • galen696969:

How does this helicopter compare to the MadHawk 300?

  • kikKillerr:

    ???????? ??? ?????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hokexobe:

@shiroblack No, fixed pitch heli’s can’t fly upside down. If you do want to fly upside down you should consider buying a collective pitch helicopter, althou they are more expensive and alot harder to fly so i recommend you’d buy a fixed pitch heli first and learn to fly properly with that one first. Goodluck!

  • Shiroblack:

    can it fly upside-down?

  • MattOost:

    @scoutandroid
If I were you I’d take the new Uflys (3-axis gyro). Very stable and much more durable than the CB180D. I’ve had the CB180D and had a lot of fun with it. If you do want one, I’d take the CB180Z; it’s brushless and has a CP tailrotor…
    Good luck.
    Matt.

  • xhelicopter:

@scoutandroid This would be a great addition if you are moving away from coaxials

  • scoutandroid:

do you think this heli is good for beginners like me who want to level up to intermediate? cause this heli looks cool and i want a single rotor because the co-axials kinda look ugly with another blade on top of the other blade

  • bigpappageorgio:

@3255959 See video “Upgraded Tail Motor assemply”, kind dumb name for a CB-180D video, but it is indeed the tail motor mod video for the helicopter (if interested). FYI

  • xhelicopter:

@scoutandroid with the stock charger it can take up to 1hr

  • scoutandroid:

will it charge up to full for just 20+ minutes?

  • xhelicopter:

@scoutandroid with the stock charger, it can take around 20+mins

  • scoutandroid:

how much time does this heli need to fully charge?

  • 3255959:

@bigpappageorgio .. Thanks..I finally asked someone that new what they were alking about Rick from Clubheli explained how to adjust gain screw..very simple the screw has a flat spot on top..the adjustment is from 9 Oclock to 3 Oclock ..this screw will turn forever in either direction…Why don’t instruction show this? i have asked several people that own this copter and they were clueless on how to adjust gain properly..now i’m waiting on a main gear..

  • bigpappageorgio:

Been into modeling for a long time. The rudder control on helicopters are normally very sensitive. I might replace the shaft motor with the “aft tail boom mounted motor” upgrade. Another youtuber posted his videos and reportedly makes the CB-180D a much better flyer. Another way, more difficult, is replacing the radio equipment with one that has better mixing sensitivity. Note: this could be a system fluke, requiring a return, seek a expert flyer’s help from a local hobby for advice.

  • Mejito808:

You guys should carry some blade helis. I’m sure a lot of people would like to buy the blade mcx2.

  • 3255959:

3255959 Good stuff,Does anyone know if new exceed madhawk 2.4 trans with display binds with this walkera 180 d?..i found a new walkera 180d cheap but its a bind and fly..

  • oswaldofany:

mine came with a nice transmiter now i can fly my helis and air planes with the same transmiter (2.4)

  • bluehazer:

@ROTORNUT007 Nope. The Creata is Hiller-controlled, not Bell like the CB180 is.

  • ROTORNUT007:

they already hav colective pitch see the creata 400

  • NOMADxSOULS:

    @sgtsn1per
    can you read?

  • OnurBaba5834:

    awesome

  • 420choky:

hopefully its stronger than the cb100 . i tore mine up 1st day hahah . now im harrasing everyone to help me fix it .. i never fixed a main shaft and stuff . this one i will use the simulator and leave in the box until i fix the cb100 . hopefully i can send it in and have it repaired . this hobby is fun ..

  • bluehazer:
