    Syma.

  • MrPastalover3000:

It’s called an infrared transmitter. If the microcopter was meant to be flown outdoors, the transmitter would be radio rather that infrared. There are upsides to infrared however. Infrared technology is cheaper, lighter, and smaller that radio.? As you probably can infer, weight and size is a big factor when designing and building such a small helicopter.

  • Redrocket2012:

if you? want to fly outdoor you would want a larger helicopter

  • JrM2628:

I’m somewhat new to rc, so don’t judge, but is it possible to change the? transmitter and receiver to be able to fly it outside?

  • frigginjoe:

    It qualifies as neither, IMO.
The? price is cheap and it’s only 3 channels, and indoors. So not a hobbyist Heli.
On the other hand it’s easily of higher quality than what you’d pick up at a toy store and has among the most precise handling of ANY RC.

It’s pretty much what a hobbyist would have at the desk or in the house.

  • Javimatos69PLUS1:

Is a hobby grade? or toy grade?

  • JuggaloJD420:

  • Appleslizer6:

mine works without pointing at it but i agree it sucks. Mine drops in mid air every now and then?

  • beauhefley:

I’d? recommend you to use rechargeable batteries because it needs a lot of ’em

  • Reginald Ford:

A servo? It looks? like you’re using an accelerometer, and a simple program to reverse the angle with a servo. If that’s the case, it’s not a gyrostabilizer. It’s just an electronic stabilizer.

  • dege13:

I completely agree. What use is it to demo it without showing how to do it?
I have a heading hold/lock gyro with drift cancellation and it does not stay on the angle when I title the quadcopter, it returns to center after correcting making? the camera off.

  • bojanglesme:

if I’m not mistaken, the first gyro-stabilizer was used for military? tanks so it can fire on the move even how rough the terrain is.

  • AntoMelta:

I am? very happy to see the vidoe after you give this I used a heading-hold gyro meant for RC helicopters and put it on a tilting aluminum camera mount I made.

  • tryzbiak1:

do u think i could? use this on a motorcycle

  • wpockl:

I haven’t built one of these nor do I have anything to do with this video ….. The most important word in the info section is CHEAP. with that in mind and the I say nice job on a budget build, to those who criticize it for the jerky motion…. Build your? own and do it better yourself!

  • CamaraMountClamp:

    That’s? cool

  • AsylumET:

by looking at how jerky it appears I would have to agree. I would be curious to see a video shot with it or even a video with it alongside one with the? same setup minus the gyro.

  • foerester:

you’ll have better luck putting the gyrop in the plane for the plane, the it becomes? less shaky check out my channel foerester marked as (RC Mentor 1kmflight)this one is a long flight over 1 km away measured by gps.
