Syma S031 Outdoor Flight test

Here is the outdoor flight test of this 3 Channel big bird by Syma. We put an ESKY 11.1v 1000mAh Lipoly inside instead of stock 9.6v NiMh. Heli has tons of power to hover and fly around but as I expected, even a tad of wind can blow this bird away. Enjoy the flight anyway. @xSpecterx99999999 hi there how do you adjust the forward trim?

  • connell256:

this helicopter in my opinion is recommended for beginners who want something cheap and easy to fly in no wind situations. Im a first time heli buyer but not first time flyier. Do you recommend anything in the £200 price range? nitro or electric. Iv had loads of experience in both (rc car wise)

hello. i need your help..:) i wanna buy a helicopter for my friend. he is a very begginer. so, i want your advise, i thought of buying this one. i dont have much requariments i just want it to not break easily so he can keep it for a long time. we live in town so there is not much free space to fly it (likee in the video) so he will fly it at his apartment and sometimes outdoors. so should i buy this one? (sorry for my english)

@FATBELLYJONES1 wat have I done to offend you

  • FATBELLYJONES1:

@poppy11th If you save up your ‘rice tokens’ you can buy a 16″ black rubber cock to stick up your ass.
    Thankyou.

I have the so32 version slightly smaller and no tail lights

  • venya001:

i like your videos! these look like a handful to fly!

  • triggerhappybullets:

is this a good overall heli?

  • puggster:

i think it needs something to weight down the nose a little

i have a small indoor version which i put a bigger motor and prop on and i can now fly it out side too and it zips about very fast indoors

    @alishanmao

Thanks for the warning and the video. I won’t get it. I also bought a walker #38 and it was very disapointing. It will also barely fly forward and is really weak lifting off. If you haven’t tried the Syma S022, that thing is great. it is almost indestructable and super easy to fly.

  • alishanmao:

@xSpecterx99999999 I do not have this heli any more. Man, it wasn’t that good as i expected. it was a total waste

  • xSpecterx99999999:

@alishanmao, can you adjust the forward trim all the way forward and try it. I have a syma S022 chinook and out of the box it barely goes forward but after setting the trim all the way forward it will get pretty decent forward speed and even fight the wind (light wind). It is funny, every time I look up videos for a new helicopter I find your videos. Thanks for posting all of these, they are very helpful.

  • alishanmao:

@SimonBearSr02 I highly recommend you get a 4 Channel coaxial, like Lama V4 or big Lama. they are much more stable once you get the hang of them and can fly outdoors and indoors
