Nothing More than A Collection Of Internet Articles,
To say that I am unhappy with this ebook would be an understatement.
I build websites for a living and am always looking for reference
material. The local library only had two very outdated books on
the RC Helicopter subject so naturally my next place to search was
Amazon.
I noted that most of the titles available were a little outdated
but was happy to find this ebook dated as March of this year so I
quickly purchased this in hopes of finding some good research
material. I was surprised to find instead of a book simply a
collection of internet articles taken from websites.
I searched a couple of the chapter titles and found the exact articles
with the exact titles on existing websites. I know that many internet
marketers are selling program explaining how to take articles and
combine them into ebooks and then market them as Kindle downloadable
books. Sadly it would appear that some of the same shoddy material that
has been sold over the internet through the years is now going to appear
as downloadable electronic ebooks.
If someone is simply going to copy a series of articles from
the internet and combine them into an ebook for download then I feel
it would only be proper to label the product as a series of
prepublished articles.
The articles contain the same kind of information that is so readily
found in article directories and websites as quickly written filler
material. For instance the article for chapter 10 mentions a wonderful
website that is now available for RC helicopter enthusiasts. However
there is no link to the website.
Very disappointed.
