My flybarless 450 with the electronic stabilization (Skookum) turned off. I usually test-fly a FBL heli unstabilized to spot any problems with the automatonlike setup. The flips and turn overs use the afloat swashplate deflection, and the turn over rate is really impressive. Stabilized it can manage slightly more than 360 degrees/second. Video Rating: 4 / 5

But, flybarless isn’t an autopilot: release the sticks, and the heli stops to turn, but continues to move.
What’s the point, a bit more power, stability and higher roll rates. I could do without, though – my other helis use all conventional flybar.
hey whats the point of the flybarless just make for less parts and more maneverable. now could i make it nice and slow for scale or would it look like that for flying. and does the thing realy help stabilize the heli. is it like the robbe helicomand?
@xhelicopter I don’t have any friends in the US but i’m coming there in 3 weeks to buy a RC aerobatic Heli with mostly metal parts but i’m not sure if there is any RC stores where i’m going 🙁 Do you guys have a store in Miami Florida?

I did this and my tail rotor blade flew off. It is my fault though. I forgot to fix it along time ago
